Types of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. Checks and money
orders are also accepted; however, merchandise cannot be shipped
until payment is received and funds are confirmed. Please
let us know if you require COD.
Shipping Address different from Billing Address
If the shipping address is different from the billing
address, we will call to confirm the order and address.
This is to protect our customers from credit card fraud.
We receive shipments from our manufacturers overseas on
a weekly basis, but sometimes a particular color or size will
be temporarily out of stock. If an item you have ordered
is on backorder, you will receive an email from customer service.
Alimah's Closet will special order sizes and colors that are
not currently in stock. To place a special order just send us an email. Special orders require a deposit
of 50% of the item/s price. Deposit is non-refundable once
order is placed. The remainder and shipping cost is due at

International orders are shipped with US Post Office Global
A street address is required for delivery.
Typical delivery is within 1-2 weeks of the shipping date.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If
assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package
recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs
office. Please keep this in mind when shipping an order to
a destination outside the U.S. Please contact your local customs
office for more information regarding these charges.
Secure Address/Lost Packages
Packages from Alimah's Closet do not require a signature and
will be left at the shipping address. It is the customer's
responsibility to provide a secure shipping address.
Wrong size? Wrong style? Don't worry, our return
process is easy.
Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We hope you
will enjoy wearing our products. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any
item in its original condition for a full refund of the item/s
price within 30 days of receipt of your order . Shipping
is non-refundable. Please take care in packaging returns.
Returns damaged in shipment back to Alimah's Closet will be
Video and CD's must be returned in their original,
unopened packaging. Damaged or defective video and CD's may
be exchanged for the same merchandise only.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds
only for items purchased from alimahscloset.com.
Returns received 40 days after the shipping
date on the receipt are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Please include a copy of the receipt that was sent
with your order. Wrap the package securely. For your protection,
we recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or insurance
for return shipments. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate
your name and the order number on a separate piece of paper and

Returns will be processed upon receipt.
Please Note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error. ALL SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL
SALES and we do not process returns for these items.
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns. Exchanges
will be automatically charged for shipping.
